Items may be returned or exchanged if requested within 7 days of initial delivery.

• Email me to explain why item needs to be returned or exchanged.

• Item must not be used, washed, altered, damaged, chewed on or abused. Trying on is ok. Please carefully try the item on your dog inside so item does not get dirty. Any items with any of these issues may not be returned or exchanged.

• Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping.

• Pre made items may not be able to be exchanged for a same fabric item if fabric is no longer available.

• Items with a manufacturing flaw can always be returned please inspect item as soon as you get it and contact me immediatly so I can make it right.

• If item is a custom made, the 2 to 3 week wait for said item to arrive to you will still apply and I won’t begin making replacement item until I receive and inspect returned item, so please carefully measure your pup the first time.
